  1. Handmade crostini brushed with light olive oil infused with garlic, topped with smoked Tasmanian Salmon, Lemon cream & a Sprig of Dill
  2. Freshly made californian rolls with avocado, carrot, cucumber & japanese ginger (V) (GF)
  3. Vietnamese rolls with roast pork , coriander & fresh vegetables
  4. Bruschetta w/Tomato, Spanish Onion, Bocconcini & Basile
  5. Freshly peeled prawns marinated in lemon, coriander & sweet chilli served on an asian spoon. (GF)
  6. Homemade beef rendang or lamb & rosemary pies.
  7. Freshly toasted focaccia topped with olives, caps, mushrooms & sundried tomatoes.(V)
  8. Seared chicken fillets marinated in tandoori served on skewers ,with raita.
